Enjoy your stay with clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodation. Motel units sleep 1-4 people. Cabin maximin of 2.

The Killarney Sundown Motel & Caravan Park is situated right next door to the Killarney Showgrounds and is a short 5-minute walk to cafes, pub & shops.

Room Conditions

  • The deposit is $50
  • Your room will be reserved when we received the deposit. Please leave a valid phone number with your reservation, so we can contact you for your payment details.
  • Motel Rooms are $145 per night, twin share is $165 and the family room is $185 per night ( 4 Guests)
  • Cabin $155 per night
  • A charge of $10 per night for each extra child aged 0- 14 and $20 per night for each extra adult 15 years +. If you travel with children, please leave a note in the special request box when making your booking.
  • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation or camp kitchen or amenities.
  • Check-in: After 2pm unless early access arranged.
    Early check-ins will cost $20 per hour, for every hour before 2pm.
  • Check-out: Before 10am.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of stay. At managers discretion. Can be transferred to a later date.

Highly recommend

The park layout is spacious, tidy, quiet, interesting and walking distance to town. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably spotless! Lovely attention to detail with fresh bananas, kiwi fruit and fresh milk for a cuppa! Leeonie and Ray (owners) are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have stayed here many times and it will continue to be our first choice when we come through Killarney way. Highly recommend! 27/7/2020

A place to come back to

Just a great place with fantastic bush kitchen. Lovely clean well equipped rooms, comfy bed, friendly hosts. I’m sure we’ll be back again

Fantastic accommodation

What a great spot, with great choices in accommodation. There were six of us, four in caravans staying in the caravan park section, and two staying in the Motel section. Others who also stayed joined us all in the fully equipped camp kitchen and we had a wonderful weekend thanks to great hosts Ray and Leeonie who kicked off the day with a great brekky. Amenities seriously spotless, and easy access to local waterfall and walks. Close proximity to local shops a bonus.
Thanks for a great long weekend Ray And Leeonie, we will all be back with our friends.
